CSCS has the pleasure to meet its user community at the annual User Assembly at the KKL in Luzern on Friday March 26th, 2010.

On December 16th Dr. Fritz Schiesser, President of ETH Board, confirmed that the Swiss federal Parliament had passed the funding for the new CSCS building.

The HPC Advisory Council will hold the Switzerland Workshop in March 2010. CSCS co-organizes the event.

CSCS is one of the two initial partners of Cray in its European Exascale Research Initiative.

CSCS is one of the organizing members of the new Hybrid Multicore Consortium together with Oak Ridge National Labs, Berkeley National Labs, Los Alamos National Labs and Georgia Tech University.
