CSCS Awarded by HPC Advisory Council

During the closing session of the ISC 2010 conference in Hamburg the HPC Advisory Council awarded CSCS as organization who demonstrated above and beyond HPC outreach/education.

Last March CSCS organized the HPC Advisory Council Switzerland Workshop 2010 in Lugano. The workshop was a great success with more than 100 HPC professionals attending the conference. CSCS will host a similar conference in 2011.

Hussein El-Harake, the initiator of the conference at CSCS, received the prize of the HPC Advisory Council.
