Submission Step-by-Step
1) Go to our submission portal
2) When prompted, enter your CSCS login credentials (if you do not have them, please contact mgg[at]cscs.ch as soon as possible)
3) On the welcome screen click on either "Open / download production project proposal form" or "Open / download large development project"
4) Once you open the form:
- your personal data are prefilled. Contact us if you find errors in your data
- in the "Resource Request for the first 12 months", note that you can add/choose the resources you are applying for:
- do not forget to enter your request for the visualization cluster if needed (and described in the project proposal)
- do not forget to enter your request for /project disk space. The default is 10TB if you need more you must justify your request in the project proposal
5) Press "Open / Close Attachment Panel" to add the documents in attachment (that is project proposal, CV, and publication list - all in pdf format)
6) Once you have checked all requirements and you have attached the documents, click on "Submit Proposal Form"
A "Security warning" pops up TWICE, choose "Allow" both times:
7) After the submission you are asked whether you want to save your form. Once you have done that a small window pops up with a confirmation message:
