The Technology Integration is one of the two research and development groups at CSCS. This group carries out deep investigation into future technologies such as  processor architectures, HPC communication networks and storage solutions. Our main tasks are as follows:

• Management of collaborations with industry and partner HPC centers for the development of new supercomputer technologies and architectures
• Testing and hardening of new HPC and IT technologies later to be operated by the different service units of CSCS
• Planning, implementation and management of high-speed networks and global data management technologies
• Pro-active support of all other CSCS units in the adoption of new HPC and IT technologies
