My focus
I am responsible for coordinating all reception activities and managing various administrative tasks—from welcoming guests to supporting events and assisting users. I also handle the registration of invoices, which, thanks to tools specifically developed by our internal specialists, are easily manageable and optimised to save time.
What working at CSCS means to me
Being part of a group where so much knowledge is gathered under one roof, I can learn from colleagues worldwide, hear interesting and sometimes inspiring stories from their careers and learn about their path to CSCS. In addition to their expertise, I also gain insight into their life experiences.
What I like most about my work
I like being able to help colleagues within my areas of expertise and ensure smooth operations. Throughout my professional life, I have always prioritised helping, explaining, and supporting in various professional fields. This is very rewarding. I am also passionate about organisation and problem-solving across all areas.
What are the challenges I face
Keeping up with technology, which is constantly evolving, is a constant challenge.
